• Returns & Refunds: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Used toys, perishable items, and custom products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
