• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping (if available) takes 2-4 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zeland. International shipping availability will be updated as we expand.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for easy order tracking.
